LE:NOTRE was always meant to be a long term process rather than a time-limited project. The EU funded project may be finished, but the process continues through the new LE:NOTRE Institute, and in the absence of the EU, it more than ever it needs your support.
The next event in this process is the 2014 ‘Extraordinary Landscape Forum’ to be held on Sarajevo from 25th – 28th May, for which registration is now open – see:
http://www.le-notre.org/landscape_forum/landscape-forum-public-2014.php
The principle of the LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum, as established in Antalya and Rome, has not changed: the focus will be on dialogue between the participants in the context of the exploration of a specific landscape, leading to a joint publication.
Thanks to the excellent work of our colleagues in Sarajevo the first version of the introductory document on ‘Sarajevo’s Landscape’ has been completed and it attached to this e-mail for your information.
We very much hope you will take this as the occasion to register to participate in the 2014 LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum – which can be done via the link above. The call for posters is also open and can be found at the same address.
The LE:NOTRE Institute and our hosts at the Faculty of Forestry of the University of Sarajevo look forward to welcoming you at the 3rd
LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum. Please log in to the updated web site to follow events at www.le-notre.org
Greetings and best wishes
