The era of continuous changes…let’s stop! Take a look behind and analyse. Which was, is, and will be, the role of the landscape architect in the picture of making spaces. Let us visualise your opinions through the lens of your camera by sending images of implemented projects which had an impact over your perception, in time.
ENTRY GUIDELINES
ENTRY CATEGORIES
Category A: Single photo
Category B: Photo story (two to five images that present a theme or an idea).
PRIZE DETAILS: Prizes are awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd-placed entrants for each category.
This year, the winner’s image(s) will be used for New Year’s cards and different publications of IFLA Europe.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all, professional and amateur, regardless of age, sex or nationality across Europe.
COPYRIGHT: Copyright of all entries remains with the photographer.
USE RIGHTS: IFLA Europe and sponsors of the Image Competition reserve the right to use, publish and re-publish entries in connection with the competition, without payment. By entering this competition you grant permission to IFLA Europe and the sponsors of the Image Competition to reproduce your photo(s) in electronic format and hard copy including for display at an exhibition and magazines or special publications and on IFLA Europe website and social media should they be selected to promote the competition.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Categories A and B image data files created with digital still cameras (including medium and large-format cameras). Images that have been retouched using software or by other means will be accepted. Both colour and monochrome images will be accepted.
File format: JPEG
File size per JEPG: more than 1500 x 2100 pixels/more than 150dpi/Up to 20 MB.
The standard colour space for the judging process is sRGB.
JUDGING: The judging will take place after the closing of the competition, on December 16.
NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS: The winners will be notified via email by the end of December.
EXHIBITION: All the entries submitted will be exhibited virtually in October 2014 at IFLA Europe General Assembly.
